Sri Lankan envoy lashes out at Western "colonizers" over U.N. emergency session, but rights groups call proposed resolution "toothless"

Geneva-based human rights group UN Watch today expressed "serious disappointment" today over a "toothless" resolution on Sri Lanka being circulated by Switzerland and other Western states in advance of Tuesday's U.N. Human Rights Council emergency session.
