TERROR WARNING: EU's open-door border policy 'putting UK at RISK of ISIS ATTACK'

 Graphic of migrants
THE European Union's (EU) open door policy is putting the UK at risk of an attack from the evil Islamic State (ISIS), a Ukip MEP warned today.Britain faces a fresh migrant wave as record numbers strive to start a new life here. The border alert comes after officials revealed asylum claims in Europe had reached record levels. The scale of the crisis is laid bare in figures showing 648,195 claims were lodged in the first eight months of the year.It is 20,000 more than was recorded across the 28 member states last year, 626,960, and almost three times higher than in 2008. Last month alone nearly 110,000 asylum seekers and dependants applied to stay, suggesting refugees were arriving at a rate of more than 3,500 a day. The number of claims was double those recorded in August last year, despite only nine countries providing figures.Critics of Europe’s open-door policy say the immigration crisis engulfing the continent will lead to a sharp rise in asylum applications here. The chaos has seen the numbers inside the “Jungle” camp in Calais, northern France, rocket as migrants gather before trying to illegally enter the UK. Ukip MEP Mike Hookem said disturbing statistics released yesterday were a “clear illustration our security is jeopardised”. He added: “The EU’s bleeding-heart policy of opening the door to anyone who says they are fleeing war has already caused divisions within communities and has provided Islamic State with an opportunity to infiltrate our country.“We have been told there is a serious plot by Islamic terrorists foiled once a fortnight yet our government won’t take the tough action needed to control who is coming into this country. “Instead, along the French coast we still have criminal gangs making a fortune smuggling illegal migrants into this country, controlling the camps with guns and knives and turning Europe into a gangland turf war.” Hungary and Germany received the lion’s share last month, taking 47,095 and 36,415 respectively, figures from EU data body Eurostsat showed. Britain has not yet submitted figures for August. Last week the Daily Express revealed the number of asylum claims in the UK was at its highest monthly level for more than six years.Claims covering a total of 4,305 refugees and their families were lodged in Britain in July. The figures suggest the sharp rise in applications is directly linked to the crisis. It is the highest figure for any single month since comparable records started in January 2009 and marks a 120 per cent increase on the number trying to seek refuge here in April. The only other time a monthly total has broken through the 4,000 person barrier was in March 2009, with 4,020. The figures also suggest migrants flooding into Europe through Hungary, Italy and Greece are making it across the continent - and the Channel - before lodging claims here. In Calais, migrants are arriving at a rate of 150 a day. The population of the ramshackle squat could reach 10,000 by the end of the year, experts say.An explosion in smuggling rackets has seen mafia-style gangs thriving in the lawless community, charging between £300-£8,000 for “package deals” promising safe passage to the UK. The situation is so dire Home Secretary Theresa Mrs May last month pledged £7m to tackle a crisis that is the result of a “migratory phenomenon without precedent”. It brings the British commitment to solving the chaos in Calais to almost £20m. Ukip migration spokesman Steven Woolfe said: “Record asylum numbers in Europe means likely record levels of mess for Britain’s asylum system which is already at breaking point. “This, together with the fact in only a few years time those granted asylum in the EU will have residency rights here, means levels of claims on the continent will undoubtedly create migration issues for the UK under the free movement of people principles. “As the EU Commission and German Chancellor Angela Merkel continue to mishandle the great EU migration of 2015, the reasons for Britain leaving and controlling her own borders become ever more compelling.” Britain has faced calls to take more refugees as Europe struggles to cope with the largest mass movement of people since the Second World War. The first refugees to be accepted under the expanded resettlement programme arrived here last week, while the UK has pledged an extra £115m in aid. But the UK has refused to take part in a scheme to relocate 160,000 migrants from Greece and Italy. The Home Office said: “The UK has a long and proud history of offering sanctuary to those who genuinely need it and each claim is carefully considered on its individual merits. “Where people establish a genuine need for protection, or a well founded fear of persecution, refuge will be granted.”

Germany distributing Arabic translation of its constitution to refugees

“Refugees will have to familiarize themselves with Germany’s basic laws…, first passed in 1949 in the aftermath of World War II, featuring concepts such as freedom of religion, freedom of expression, and equal rights between men and women.” Yes, they will accept those principles readily. This will solve everything, won’t it? The refugees will read the German constitution and then and there renounce Sharia and resolve to become good Germans — won’t they?
What the Germans and no one else will acknowledge is that Islam is a political and social system as well as a religion. Many of the refugees may not care about Islam, but those who do have a ready-made model of society and governance that they consider superior to the German model, and are determined to replace the one with the other. This will not end well.
“Germany is helping refugees integrate by distributing Arabic versions of its constitution,” by Aamna Mohdin, Quartz, September 30, 2015:
Germany is open to receiving refugees—more than 400,000 have arrived already this year—and aims to integrate them to the German way of life. To help them do that, Arabic translations of the first 20 articles of the country’s constitution is being distributed in refugee centers.
Refugees will have to familiarize themselves with Germany’s basic laws…, first passed in 1949 in the aftermath of World War II, featuring concepts such as freedom of religion, freedom of expression, and equal rights between men and women.
According to Reuters, vice-chancellor Sigmar Gabriel said the first 20 articles shape German culture and, by translating them, refugees can “learn the rules of the game of living together.” Gabriel also asserted the right to be gay in Germany, the separation of church and state, as well as a lack of tolerance to anti-Semitism.
Chancellor Angela Merkel has previously announced that refugees would need to quickly pick up the German language as well as find work. While migrants are set to boost the country’s economy, failure to integrate them could create a situation where many become a burden, dependent on state welfare….
No kidding, really?

Fraud and Fistfights — Germany Reaping the Fruits of Its Migrant Policy

Two separate clashes erupted between refugees on Sunday at a temporary migrant shelter in Kassel-Calden in northern Germany left 14 people injured, police said. The first outbreak of violence in the afternoon was triggered by a dispute in the canteen at lunchtime between two groups of around 60 refugees, followed by a second clash in the evening involving a group of 70 migrants against another of 300. A few days earlier on Thursday evening, a fight broke out among up to 200 Syrian and Afghan refugees at a shelter in Leipzig, with migrants wielding table legs and slats.

‘Secret Deal’ On Vote Trading Secured UK And Saudi Arabia’s UN Human Rights Council Places

 human rights council
by Sarkis Zeronian

Leaked diplomatic cables show Britain and Saudi Arabia, one of the world’s worst human rights violators, brokered a secret vote-trading deal to ensure both countries were elected to the the Human Rights Council of the United Nations (UNHRC). Saudi foreign ministry files were passed to Wikileaks in June, reports The Guardian. They referred to talks conducted with diplomats representing David Cameron’s British government ahead of the November 2013 vote in New York.
The documents have now been been translated by the monitoring organisation UN Watch – a Geneva-based non-governmental human rights organisation that scrutinises the performance of the United Nations by the yardstick of its own Charter – and newspaper the The Australian.
The classified cables showed Britain initiated the talks by asking Saudi Arabia for support ahead of the UNHRC elections. In the end both Britain and Saudi Arabia were elected to the 47 member state body.
One of the cables, referring to the elections, read: “The ministry might find it an opportunity to exchange support with the United Kingdom, where the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would support the candidacy of the United Kingdom to the membership of the council for the period 2014-2015 in exchange for the support of the United Kingdom to the candidacy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
Another document revealed Saudi Arabia transferred $100,000 for “expenditures resulting from the campaign to nominate the Kingdom for membership of the human rights council for the period 2014-2016″ – how this money was deployed, if at all, remains unclear.
A series of questions were put to the British Foreign Secretary, Philip Hammond, by The Australian about the secret pact, including whether Saudi Arabia’s human rights record made it problematic. A spokesman responded:
“As is standard practice with all members we never reveal our voting intentions or vote. The British government’s position on human rights is a matter of public record. We regularly make our views well known, including through the UN Universal Periodic Review process and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s annual Human Rights and Democracy Report, and raise human rights concerns with the Saudi Arabian authorities.”
Executive director of UN Watch, Hillel C. Neuer said the Foreign Office’s claim of “standard practice” is “manifestly false”, citing by way of example the fact Vietnam has revealed voting pacts with both Bangladesh and Uruguay. He added:
“Based on the evidence, we remain deeply concerned that the UK may have contracted to elect the world’s most misogynistic regime as a world judge of human rights… UN Watch finds it troubling that the UK refuses to deny the London-Riyadh vote-trade as contemplated in the Saudi cable, nor even to reassure the public that their voting complies with the core reform of the UNHRC’s founding resolution, which provides that candidates be chosen based on their human rights record, and that members be those who uphold the highest standards of human rights.”
Amnesty International UK’s head of policy and government affairs Allan Hogarth said back-room deals with Saudi Arabia of this sort would be “a slap in the face” for Saudi human rights activists facing persecution. He continued:
“People like the blogger Raif Badawi [pictured above], who is still behind bars, have paid a heavy price for speaking about democracy and the need for tolerance in Saudi Arabia, and now the young activist Mohammed al-Nimr [picture below] is also facing execution.
Facebook
Ali Mohammed al-Nimr (Facebook)

“The UK should be supporting the rights of Badawi and Al-Nimr, not pushing the non-existing human rights credentials of the Saudi Arabian authorities.”
In June Breitbart reported the kingdom of Saudi Arabia had carried out 100 executions so far this year, just 92 executions short of breaking their 1995 record.
The exposure of the secret deal comes hot on the heels of Saudi Arabia’s appointment this week as chair of a panel of UNHCR member states that selects senior officials who draft international human rights standards and report on violations.

UK: Muslim who ran amok with knife screaming: “I’m a Muslim and I’ll chop your f***ing head” escapes deportation

He apparently can’t be deported because when he was arrested, “the Iranian Embassy was closed.” UK authorities are far too busy to come back when it is open: the UK Home Office is too busy making sure foes of jihad terror can’t enter the country to bother themselves with the trivial matter of deporting a man who ran amok with a curved knife in London screaming, “I’m a Muslim and I’ll chop your f***ing head, mother f***ers. I’m Isis and my people will cut off your balls, Christians. I’ll kill you, I’ll kill you all. I’m going to chop your head off and f*** you up.” Perhaps the estimable Ms. May believes that to act too forcefully agains Nouredin Mallaky-Soodmand would offend the nation’s loyal and fiercely patriotic Muslim community.
Noureden-Mallaky-Soodmand
“Fanatic who threatened to behead Christians can STAY in UK after deportation blunder,” by Scott Campbell, Express, September 25, 2015:
Iranian Noureden Mallaky-Soodmand, 41, should have been sent back to Iran after he was arrested with knives on the streets of London.
But because the Iranian Embassy was closed he was not deported and re-housed 250 miles away in Stockton-on-Tees.
On April 2 he ran amok with a curved knife screaming: “I’m a Muslim and I’ll chop your f***ing head, mother f***ers.
“I’m Isis and my people will cut off your balls, Christians.
“I’ll kill you, I’ll kill you all. I’m going to chop your head off and f*** you up.”
The knifeman – who has previous convictions for carrying blades and 27 aliases – was jailed for four years at Teesside Crown Court after admitting making threats to kill and two charges of possessing offensive weapons.
Stephen Daumler, 22, and his girlfriend’s 15-year-old brother ran from Soodmand before he was captured by armed police.
He has been suffering flashbacks and panic attacks ever since the incident.
Stephen, who works for his family’s salvage business in Stockton, said: “There needs to be a proper enquiry into how this man was allowed to stay in the country.
“He was clearly dangerous and he looked that night as though he was out to kill someone.
“When he came up to me and raised that knife I thought: `I’m going to die’.
“To discover that he should have been deported long before he even arrived in Stockton is a shock. I don’t know how a thing like that could have happened.
“He shouldn’t have been allowed to walk the streets. He should have been back in his own country where he wasn’t a threat to any British citizens.”
Soodmand could not be deported because the Iranian embassy was closed at the time due to a breakdown in diplomatic relations with the UK.
Julian Gaskin, defending, said before his rampage he had downed one-and-a-half litres of vodka.
Stockton Labour MP Alex Cunningham said he was “astounded” at the Home Office’s “failure to deal with a man who was clearly dangerous to the public and ended up dumping him in our community for him to attack a local person”….
Astounded? I’m not. It wasn’t as if Noureden Mallaky-Soodmand was a counter-jihadist or something really dangerous like that.

Claim: Radicalised Palestinian Islamic State Sympathiser Is Police Stabbing Suspect

by Sarkis Zeronian

A suspected Islamic State sympathiser due to be expelled from Denmark has been arrested for trying to kill a police officer at the county’s largest asylum seeker centre.

As reported by Breitbart London, a Danish policeman was critically wounded yesterday after being stabbed several times at the country’s largest reception centre for asylum seekers. A suspect was arrested at the end of a manhunt around the former military barracks of Centre Sandholm (pictured right and above), which currently houses around 600 migrants.
The Local reports it has now emerged that a 25-year-old stateless Palestinian, thought to be an Islamic State sympathiser, is the only suspect.
Since July he was housed in Udrejsecenter Sjælsmark, a centre for rejected asylum seekers near to Copenhagen operated by the Danish Prison and Probation Service (Kriminalforsorgen). That facility is a few kilometres from Centre Sandholm.
The suspect had been subject to asylum system processes since 2013.  He was due to be sent away from Denmark having had his asylum claim turned down.
A statement from North Zealand Police explained: “Traces found in the investigation indicate that the arrested 25-year-old stateless Palestinian may be radicalised and have sympathy for the Islamic State.” The statement also said the attacker could be “psychologically unstable”.
The investigation is considering whether the incident followed a disrupted break-in, or if there were other motives behind the attack.
Police have said the stabbed 56-year-old officer’s condition has been upgraded to stable. The suspect’s preliminary court appearance is today.
Denmark is one of the countries bearing the brunt of the European migrant crisis. The Danish Immigration Service (Udlændingestyrelsen) reported that over the past three weeks around 100 asylum applications a day have been submitted.

Leaked: Documents Reveal Austria Could Spend €12 Billion On Migrant Crisis

by Liam Deacon

Secret documents from the Austrian finance ministry have been leaked, forecasting the nation could take in as many as 215,000 migrants over four years. That influx could cost more than €12 billion to the Austrian taxpayer – seven times more that the annual defence budget.  The secret documents were leaked to Austrian broadcaster ORF. They forecast that if Austria admits an estimated 85,000 migrants in 2015 and a further 130,000 in 2016, it will cost around €6.5 billion over four years.
The Ministry of Finance immediately denied the figures in the leaked documents.
When the expenditure figure included primary care as well as guaranteed minimum income, health and integration measures and possible family reunion, it could double, reaching a possible €12.3 billion, the documents reveal. That’s around 3.76 per cent of gross domestic product (GDP).
The leaked figures are significantly higher than previous official estimates, and are based on a projected 25,000 positive asylum applications per year, The Local reports.
For comparison, the annual budget for Austria’s Defense Ministry in 2015 stands at around €1.8 billion, which amounts to 0.55 percent of GDP.
The country sits on the so-called Balkans land route, after Hungary, into Europe from the Middle East. In September alone almost 200,000 migrants arrived, 8,000 of whom applied for asylum there. The interior ministry has said it expects a total of 80,000 asylum applications over the year.
The conservative People’s Party (ÖVP) of Austria has recently argued in favour of only granting refugees “limited asylum,” and restricting the process of family reunification.
Austria’s anti-mass migration Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) doubled its vote share and number of seats in Monday’s state elections in Upper Austria, the country’s leading industrial region.
The leader of the ÖVP in Upper Austria, Josef Pühringer, told ORF television: “Today’s election was not about Upper Austria, but about one topic only, namely asylum, the winners amplified the understandable fears and concerns of the people.”

Back Down: Germany Slowly Closing Open Door To Migrants

by Simon Kent

Over-hasty policy makes for poor diplomatic outcomes. Germany is being forced to re-learn that fundamental maxim as it struggles to cope with a migrant invasion sparked by Chancellor Angela Merkel’s surprise announcement last month that the country would welcome any and all refugees from Syria. As Breitbart London reported yesterday, Berlin has added Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro to a list of so-called safe countries, so migrants from those states can be swiftly repatriated to free up space for refugees from the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa.
Now it is introducing a raft of other measures designed to say ‘no’ to economic opportunists entering the country from neighbouring East European countries.
Germany’s previous open-door policy to Syrians sparked an unintended flood of migrants keen to take advantage of its perceived offer to receive anyone who simply turned up on its doorstep claiming to be “refugees”.
The decision to tighten controls comes as the number of people crossing the Mediterranean for Europe shows no signs of abating, with the UN refugee agency (UNHCR) saying that 515,000 arrived so far this year.
About half are escaping Syria’s civil war, which topped the agenda of the UN General Assembly in New York this week, and where Secretary General Ban Ki-moon is due to hold a meeting on the refugee crisis later today.
The Local reports Germany has committed billions of euros to helping asylum seekers. Over the past four days between 8,000 and 10,000 migrants from the Middle East, Afghanistan, Africa and south-eastern Europe have arrived daily, according to Interior Minister Thomas de Maizière.
“We want to send a clear signal to those (who are not fleeing war), don’t come here, you have no chance, you will have to leave our country,” Maiziere said.
On Monday German President Joachim Gauck foreshadowed the move when he said the country’s “absorption capacity is limited, even if it has not yet been decided where these limits lie.”
As part of its new tougher policy, Berlin is reducing payouts to migrants and seeking to distribute benefits in kind rather than in cash to refugees. The DW news service reports that inside Germany regional governments are pushing Angela Merkel hard to refine a plan that took everyone by surprise.
The Council for Migration, an association of more than 100 migration experts based in Germany, sharply criticized the government’s open door policy on Tuesday and highlighted the social divides opening up in the country.
Werner Schiffauer, a cultural and social anthropologist and chairman of the council, said they continue a policy trend based on deterrence and separation. He said the migration crisis should be seen as both a challenge and an opportunity to revise fundamentally the foundation of Europe’s asylum policies.
Instead, Schiffauer argued, the proposed policies are continuing the restrictive path they’ve been on for recent years. He railed against the concept of “safe countries” of origin, arguing they will do little to deter illegal migration.
As reported by DW, Schiffauer also critized lengthening the stay of asylum seekers in refugee processing centres by several months, describing them as noisy and chaotic, adding “families will go crazy in those facilities.”
The Council for Migration has released a 10-point program for revamping the continent’s approach to migration, including suspending the Dublin system, waiving cases for refugees from war-zone countries like Syria and Iraq, and opening up more legal avenues to immigrate to Europe.
Those with a good chance of receiving asylum would also receive integration classes, according to the new measures which the German parliament will debate from Thursday before, pending approval, they enter into force on November 1.

EU Defies Cuts And Increases Budget By $3 Billion, Demands Extra £384m From Britain

by Liam Deacon

The British taxpayer will be landed with an additional bill for our membership of the European Union (EU) next year, as MEPs voted to increase their budget by billions, defying national governments and their electorates who have voted for fiscal responsibility and austerity. The hike in spending throws into question Cameron’s 2013 boast that he had been instrumental in the “historic” reduction in the EU budgets over the long term.
“Every previous year these deals have been agreed, spending has gone up; not this time,” Mr. Cameron said two years ago.
This year, the European Parliament’s budget committee has reversed any commitment to spending cuts and will increase spending by €3 billion, so long as the demand is rubber-stamped by MEPs next month.
National EU ministers agreed an annual budget for 2016 of €142.1 billion in July, which was actually €1.4 billion less than the European Commission’s original proposal, The Times reports.
The increase in spending will see Britain putting in an extra £384 million (€519 million) to the EU’s ever growing pot of cash.
The increase will take Britain’s EU contributions for next year to over £12.5 billion (€17 billion) at a time when the Prime Minister is attempting to implement a mandate for fiscal responsibility and keep Brussels spending down in the lead up to the referendum on the UK’s membership of the UK in 2017.
The increase in spending includes €1.2 billion for the migrant crisis, €500 million in aid for dairy farmers hit by falling milk prices, and €473 million for youth job schemes.
“The cost of the EU budget continues to spiral, just as ministers are asking us to tighten our belts at home,” said Robert Oxley, the campaign director of Business for Britain.
He added: “The problem is Britain does not have control over how the EU spends our money.”
“A big increase in next year’s EU budget would undoubtedly boost the ‘leave’ campaign in the run-up to the referendum,” Pawel Swidlicki, a policy analyst at the Open Europe think tank, told The Times.

Free speech loses to Islamists at UK universities

By Johanna Markind

Two events last week crystallized the grave danger facing freedom of speech in the United Kingdom.
Warwick U. Students’ Union Censors Speaker against Radical Islam, Then Caves
Miryam Namazie is a human rights campaigner, critic of Islamism, and member of the Council of Ex-Muslims of Britain.  Warwick Atheists, Secularists and Humanists Society (WASH) invited her to speak at Warwick University in Coventry, England on October 28.  The university’s students’ union then rescinded the invitation on the stated grounds that Namazie was “highly inflammatory” and could spread hatred and intolerance against Muslims.
WASH’s president objected and began an online petition asking the union to reverse its decision.  Prominent people, including Richard Dawkins and physicist Brian Cox, signed the petition.  Others, like Salman Rushdie and science writer Ben Goldacre, also criticized the decision.  Dawkins complained, “To ban a speaker you happen to disagree with is a contemptible betrayal of everything a university stands for.”  Rushdie echoed this observation, commenting, “Protecting students from ideas is idiocy.  It is the free play of ideas that universities must protect.”  Under the public pressure, the students’ union buckled and reversed course on September 27, offering a “full and unequivocal apology” to Namazie.
Warwick University and its students’ union have been criticized before for creating a campus atmosphere hostile to free speech.  Spiked gave the students’ union a red (worst) rating and the university itself a yellow rating in its Free Speech University Rankings.  What’s new here isn’t the effort to suppress speech, but the positive outcome.
The moral?  Firm and outspoken support for free speech is an effective tool against politically correct speech suppression.
“Passion for Freedom” Show Not So Passionate, Censors Anti-ISIS Artwork
Censorship at a London art exhibit – ironically entitled “Passion for Freedom” – has garnered less press attention but is perhaps more typical for being more insidious.  This was the seventh year for the annual show, on display September 21-26, whose mission has been described as “to display the work of artists who are thinking seriously about freedom, what it means and how you lose it.”  It describes its purpose as “[c]reat[ing] space for artists and writers who discuss subjects omitted in politically correct circles [and inviting] people to open and uninhibited discussion.”  Brave words.
One of the advertised entries this year, called “Isis Threatens Sylvania,” consisted of a series of seven satirical light box tableaux by the artist known as Mimsy.  The scenes showed peaceful village residents going about their business, like girls going to school and people vacationing at the beach, suddenly assaulted by armed Islamists.  Police alerted organizers that they considered the work’s content “potentially inflammatory” and that, if it were included in the six-day show, police would charge £36,000 for security.
The show opted to drop the piece, which remained listed in the program and online.  The move was condemned by the Index on Censorship, but major celebrities did not speak out about it as they did over the Warwick University Student Union ban.  Perhaps they did not know about it.
Let us assume that the show organizers acted from practical necessity and not fear.  And, since the show had already accepted Mimsy’s piece and advertised it in the program, let us assume that political correctness and desire to censor played no role in the final decision to exclude it.  The end result was the same.  The cost (here, financial) of free expression about Islamist violence simply became too high.
The threat of radical Islam is not shrinking, but growing.  As it grows, decisions about whether to speak out about, expose, and confront it have become more widespread and urgent.  Unfortunately, the counter-pressures not to do so – be they fear of physical violence, ideological disdain, and intimidation (political correctness) or the more mundane one of cost – often overwhelm the impulse to speak out.
Once upon a time, a group of people asserted their country’s freedom by “mutually pledg[ing] to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”  Freedom will survive only if people are willing to make these sacrifices.

Now Libyan soldiers who sexually abused three women apply for ASYLUM in Britain

Libyan soldiers
THREE Libyan soldiers convicted of sex attacks in the UK are seeking asylum in this country, according to reports.Khaled El Azibi, Naji El Maarfi and Mohammed Abdalsalam carried out the assaults while stationed at Bassingbourn Barracks last October. They have been released from prison and transferred to secure immigration units, Cambridgeshire Police said.A lawyer for one of their three victims said the woman was "dismayed". Solicitor Richard Scorer said: "These men were invited here as guests, to this country, to be trained and to provide help for them in their home country. "They abused that hospitality in the most appalling way imaginable, and the idea that they would then be granted asylum - having committed these crimes - is completely wrong and unacceptable. "It adds insult to injury for the women concerned. "It's difficult enough to recover from a situation where you're set upon by a stranger and sexually assaulted."But if you have to do that in the knowledge that that person has now come to this country and is trying to build a life here, I think that is very, very, very difficult to deal with, and completely wrong and unacceptable. "I think it's a breach of their human rights and really we can't allow this to happen."The cadets were among 300 troops being trained to support the newly-formed Libyan government. They stole bicycles and rode into Cambridge city centre before accosting three teenage women during the early hours of October 26, 2014.The attacks included trying to kiss a woman without consent and then sexually assaulting her. El Maarfi exposed himself to one of the women. They each served sentences of between 10 and 12 months before being released from prison.

Europe: It is tragic that Jewish leaders in Europe are not raising the alarm

Charles Bybelezer writes @ Jerusalem Post:

Brussels Jewish leaders calling
for Belgium to "welcome" refugees
and referring to the Holocaust,
but the same complain of risk to Jews...
In the prevailing climate of political correctness, policies are too often driven by emotional arguments rather than sober analysis, a reality currently playing out in the debate over the mass influx into Europe of migrants from the Middle East and North African (MENA).

While the issue strikes a deep humanitarian chord, over the past two decades Europe has failed miserably at integrating these populations. Nevertheless, the EU is now doubling down on a failed strategy, promising to take in hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people over the next few years, many of whom are, in actuality, asylum- seekers – with no intention of returning to their home countries – or economic migrants. Yet nobody seems to be asking the question: Is this good for the Jews? The answer is a resounding “no.”

European Jewry is currently enduring the most intense wave of anti-Semitism to sweep the continent since World War II, and the cold, hard truth is that Muslim immigrants and their poorly-assimilated offspring are fueling it.  [...]

It is tragic, then, that Jewish leaders in Europe are not raising the alarm. To the contrary, many are advocating on behalf of those who are liable to hurt their communities.

Take the greatly respected former chief rabbi of Britain, Jonathan Sacks, who last week penned a moving albeit short-sighted article in support of the EU’s decision to absorb hundreds of thousands of additional people.

“Now is a unique opportunity to show that the ideals for which the European Union and other international bodies such as the United Nations were formed are still compelling, compassionate and humane,” Sacks contended.[...]

Another common rationalization employed by Sacks invokes the lead-up to the Holocaust. “One of the dark moments in [world] history occurred in July 1938,” he writes, “when representatives of 32 countries gathered in the French spa town of Evian to discuss the disaster that everyone knew was about to overtake the Jews of Europe wherever Hitler’s Germany held sway.... Yet country after country shut its doors.”

The flaw in this argument is glaring; namely, that there is no concerted genocide taking place in Syria, Iraq or Libya, but rather Sunni-Shi’ite proxy wars. Some minority populations are, in fact, being systematically targeted – such as the Yazidis, for example – but they are not primary among the young, single and mainly Muslim migrants currently being absorbed into Europe (according to the UN’s refugee agency [UNHCR], 70% of the nearly 450,000 immigrants that arrived by sea to Europe this year are men, compared to just 13% who are women and 18% children).

This is why comparisons to the Holocaust are invariably blanketed by emotional fluff – “wars that cannot be won by weapons can sometimes be won by the sheer power of acts of humanitarian generosity,” according to Sacks. But taking in millions of migrants will not end the war in Syria or anywhere else; by contrast, it will simply import the root causes – Islamic fundamentalism and tribalism – to the West. (A representative example is the Greek island of Kos, where thousands of migrants have caused utter chaos for local residents, with violent riots erupting between competing ethnic groups).  [...]

Just days before Sacks published his article encouraging more immigration to the UK, four Jewish males were attacked at a train station in Manchester, England, one teen sustaining a fractured skull. This is but one example of the many violent anti-Semitic attacks already occurring with alarming frequency throughout Europe, and taking in more people from MENA countries will only add to the crisis.

The remaining question is whether Jewish leaders will take ownership now, or feign surprise and outrage the next time a European Jew is severely beaten – or worse – by someone they advocated on behalf of.

Germany Adopts New, Tougher Immigration Rules

Germany has declared Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro safe countries today, making it less likely asylum applications from Balkan will be accepted, and easier for the country to expel individuals with rejected claims. The change heralds a shift in attitude towards the migration problem in Germany, which has been totally overwhelmed by the sheer volume of people traveling to the country, attracted by generous handouts and open door policy. Europeans from the Balkans will now be discriminated against in asylum applications in favour of Syrians, to whom the door remains open.
Germany is also to change the means by which it will pay benefits to migrants, moving away from the giving of cash to benefits in kind – the direct distribution of food and shelter. Presently between 8,000 and 10,000 new migrants arriving in Germany every day.
Germany’s Der Speigel reports today the proportions of newcomers arriving to Germany, which yields some interesting results. While Syria is the largest group, accounting for nearly a quarter of all arrivals on their own, the Balkan states account for some 40-per-cent. Whether Germany’s redefinition of these nations as safe will discourage migrants from coming, and whether they will be deported will be a great test of resolve.
Germany’s open-door policy to Syrians has sparked clashes with some eastern EU member states, in particular Hungary, which has adopted the opposite strategy, sealing its borders to migrants.
Croatia also lashed out on Thursday at Budapest’s handling of migrants as “totally unacceptable” while Prime Minister Viktor Orban was preparing to defend his hard line at the UN General Assembly
“They (Hungary) are considering closing border crossings. But how will they stop people? Shoot at them? Deploy the army?” said Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic.

Austria: Eight Afghan Men Arrested After Turkish Man Stabbed To Death

by Sarkis Zeronian

Eight Afghan men between 15 and 20 years old have been arrested after a Turkish man was stabbed to death in an Austrian park last week. The murder was the consequence of a brawl between a group of young Afghans and a Turkish man near Salzburg station on 21 September, reports The Local. The father of the young Turk became a stabbing victim having asked the Afghans to meet him in the city’s Lehener Park the following day.
A gang of at least ten Afghan men reportedly showed up, carrying knives and bottles. On the other side, according to deputy head of the State Criminal Investigation team Karl-Heinz Pracher, was an unarmed group of four Turkish men and one Austrian-Kosovan.
Events degenerated quickly, resulting in a violent fight in which the Turkish men used wooden boards to shield themselves whilst chasing the Afghan men. After being stabbed several times the 50-year-old victim collapsed in the park – he died in hospital having been driven there by his associates.
The police, called by witnesses, arrived too late to arrest anyone at the scene. They later arrested a 17-year-old Afghan man found near Lehener Park with a fractured forearm and knife wound.
Police have identified a 15-year-old as the main suspect after two of the others named him as being responsible for the fatal knife wounds. The police have sealed off the park and hope forensic evidence will confirm matters, although the young Afghan denies stabbing the father.
Herr Pracher said police have been investigating drug dealing in Lehener Park for several weeks and two of the Afghan suspects had already been in custody on drugs charges. Authorities are now looking into improving security and visibility in the park so other users will feel safer.

German Police Struggling With Migrants Forced to Scrap Speed Checks

by Donna Rachel Edmunds

The interior ministers of a number of German states have been forced to cancel next year’s ‘Blitzer Marathon’, in which police forces across the country ramp up their efforts to speed check motorists, thanks to the pressure put on police forces by migrants. The Blitzer Marathon, which literally translates as ‘Lightning Marathon,’ has been held countrywide for the last two years, following the pioneering efforts of North Rhine-Westphalia in 2012. For the two days of the event thousands of police officers take to the streets armed with speed cameras to conduct a nation-wide crackdown on speeding motorists.
This year’s event, which took place on the 16th and 17th April clocked 3,254,819 vehicles, of which 91,262 were going too fast. Many states only ran the event on the 16th as the funerals of the victims of the German Wings plane crash took place the next day.
However, next April’s event has already been called off as police struggle to manage their resources in the wake of the migrant crisis. By the end of the year, Germany is expected to have assimilated one million new residents, a situation which is leading to outbreaks of violence both from protesters, and among the incomers themselves, Germany’s n-tv has reported.
A letter from the interior ministers of a number of states and of the federal government to the Chairman of the Internal Security Working Group II reads:  “Due to the unpredictable evolution of the refugee situation and the resulting duties of the police, (…) it was unanimously decided by all AK II members that preparations for the next transnational speed control event should be halted.”
Rainer Wendt, the head of the German police union said: “The speed camera marathon is an important element of [efforts to combat speeding], it is unfortunate that it had to be cancelled now.”
He said that it would, however, be unfortunate if the police were expected to carry responsibility for the marathon as well as their increased duties pertaining to the migrant situation.  He added:
“Now we see the dramatic consequences of the short-sighted austerity policies of recent years. There are no reserves left, the police are working to their limit every day.”

Fresh Calls for Segregation in Germany’s Migrant Camps As Battles Rage On

by Donna Rachel Edmunds

Women, children and religious minorities must be better protected in Germany’s migrant camps, the head of the policing union has said. Fighting between ethnic and religious groups within the camps has intensified in recent weeks as the migrant population has swelled. Rainer Wendt, chairman of the German Police Union has told German media that Christians in particular are to be placed “under special protection” as they are being harassed massively by Muslim groups. Women and children should also be protected, he said, as they too were vulnerable, Der Spiegel has reported.
“You can only estimate the extent of violence” against women and children, he said, as they often gave no indication of having been raped or abused “for fear of retribution.”
Local politicians have rejected his calls to segregate migrants upon arrival in Germany. Roger Lewentz, the Social Democrat interior minister for the Rhineland-Palatinate told German media that “separation according to religion or even ethnic groups would be impractical” because of the large number of migrants following into the region. He insisted that the priority was to put a roof over the heads of new arrivals.
Likewise Ralf Stegner, Chairman of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) in Schleswig-Holstein said: “You have to act sensitively in ethnic conflicts, but a flat religious or ethnic separation may not be the solution.”
Fellow SPD member Achim Post, deputy chairman of the North Rhine-Westphalian SPD branch added: “The main problem is not ethnicity, or religion, its cramped living conditions.”
Wendt has acknowledged the close living quarters the migrants are given, but insists that they are not the whole problem, pointing out that the violence is not new.
“We have been experiencing this violence for weeks and months. Groups fall out along ethnic, religious and clan structure lines, and go at each other with knives and homemade weapons,” he said.
Most acts of violence were perpetrated between the Muslim groups. Sunnis are fighting Shiites, both are fighting Salafists of various stripes. In addition he said: “Women are forced to cover up. Men are forced to pray. Islamists wish to impose their values and social structure.”
As well as recommending separation of the groups, Wendt has called for immediate deportation of violent migrants. “For those here who are delinquent and commit crimes, the full force of the law must be upheld.”
The Prime Minister of Thuringia has already been forced to enact a policy of separating migrants along cultural lines as soon as they arrive, thanks to persistent persecution of Christians by Muslim migrants.
Violent attacks have been flaring up all across the country as Muslim immigrants transport their prejudices along with their possessions. An Eritrean Christian and his eight months pregnant wife were hospitalised after being brutally attack by Algerian Muslims wielding a glass bottle.
And in Kassel 14 people were injured over the weekend when a mass brawl involving hundreds erupted between warring factions.
Simon Jacob of the Central Council of the Eastern Christians said “that’s just the tip of the iceberg.”

‘Honour Killing': German Muslim Strangles Own Daughter Because She Shoplifted Condoms

 Honour Killing Germany

by Liam Deacon

A Muslim man in Germany has confessed to strangling his 19-year-old daughter to death as her mother watched, because she was caught shoplifting condoms. The man was planning a forced marriage for his daughter and did not approve of the boy she was dating. Asadullah Khan, 52, and his wife Shazia, 41, both Ahmadiyya Muslims originally from Pakistan, are accused of murdering their daughter Lareeb for bringing so-called “dishonor” on the family, reports German paper Bild.
They allegedly dressed her body, placed it in a wheelchair, and pushed it off a ravine near their home city of Darmstadt.
Khan, who speaks no German, was planning a forced marriage for his daughter, as he and his wife had been married in Pakistan. He told the court that he was angered because Lareeb, a dental technician, had stayed away from the family home for a number of nights and had stopped wearing a headscarf.
Lareeb had met a young man, also from the Ahmadiyya community, of whom the father did not approve. She argued with the father, and their relationship began to break down. Then a letter from the police was delivered to the house, informing them their daughter had shoplifted condoms.
“At this point it became clear that there was sexual contact. When I showed the letter to my husband he snapped,” read a statement from the mother in court.
Lareeb’s younger sister, Nida, 14, was sent to stay with a relative on the night of the killing, the court heard. Nida said that her sister had hit her father that night following a row.
Later, Kahn entered Lareeb’s room and strangled her as she slept. The mother watched.
The mother said that she was screaming, but claimed that as a subordinated woman with rheumatism she was powerless to stop her murderous husband.
Sister Nida denied this: “My Mama was not suppressed, she could do what she wanted. She used to hit me with a stick,” she said. “We were never allowed to talk about her boyfriend. My father used to say my sister should be forcibly married in Pakistan.”
Nida, who speaks perfect German, refused to acknowledge her mother in court, Bild reports. She has reportedly moved away from home and has no contact with her parents.

How European Social-Democrats support Palestinian Murderers

by Dr. Manfred Gerstenfeld

With the election of Jeremy Corbyn as leader of the British Labour party the anti-Israeli incitement by European social democrats has crossed a new red line. Corbyn is not just another pro-Palestinian. Several years ago, he called a Hamas and Hezbollah delegation ‘his friends,’ despite the fact that both organizations promote genocide of the Jews. Ghazi Hamad, deputy foreign minister of the Islamo-Nazi movement Hamas, praised Corbyn at the beginning of September, describing him as ‘a man of conscience.”[1]
Corbyn is open about where he stands by calling such criminals his friends. Many other European social democrats support crime-promoting Palestinians more insidiously. One typical ‘subterranean’ method is to attack Israel while remaining silent on the subject of Hamas’ genocidal plans against the Jews and the glorification of murderers of civilians by the Palestinian Authority and President Mohammed Abbas, leader of Fatah, the second largest Palestinian party.
In an interview with Norway’s commercial channel TV2 in 2011, Jonas Gahr Stoere, then Norwegian Foreign Minister and currently Labor Party leader, initially denied that he had spoken directly with Hamas leader Khaled Mashal several times on the phone.[2] The interviewer replied that Mashal had confirmed that he had been in contact with the Foreign Minister at the time. Stoere then asked to stop the tape and restart the interview. He explained that the contacts with Mashal were instigated following a request by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.
The Norwegian government also asserted that it had never recognized Hamas or established political contact with that entity. The US ambassador to Norway at the time, Benson K. Whitney, saw it differently. In a note he sent to the State Department in 2009, he said, “Even though they would deny it, there are clear signs that the contact with Hamas is not just a tactical need for dialogue, but that they also support Hamas’s position on some level.”[3]
The current Swedish government was the first Western European government to recognize the ‘state of Palestine.’[4] Social democrat Prime Minister Stefan Löfven and his colleagues knew very well that they were recognizing people who actively glorify murderers, and that this ‘state’ consisted of two separate entities barely communicating with each other.
Social democrat Prime Minister Olof Palme was perhaps Sweden’s leading post-war politician. He showed overt hatred toward Israel when several decades ago he accused Israel of Nazi practices.[5]
The Dutch Labor party is the junior partner to the liberals within the current Dutch government. Its leader Diederik Samson is an anti-Israeli inciter.[6] The party’s position on major political issues is set out on its website. The section concerning international affairs includes a subsection on the Middle East. Peculiarly, the entire subsection is devoted to one item alone: the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.[7] The remainder of the Middle East, despite all the mass murders and other turmoil, apparently does not exist, or is not worthy of mention. This is particularly odd considering the fact that the Netherlands actively participates in the bombardment of the so-called “Islamic State” Islamo-Nazis in Iraq.[8]
Iceland is a small, marginal country in Europe.  However, even in this relatively unimportant country, the socialists managed to cross the existing red lines and get enough support in the Reykjavik municipal council to vote in a boycott of Israeli products.[9]
Apart from the parties as such, extreme individual anti-Israeli inciters are also active among social democrats in other countries.
In October 2001, Israeli Tourism Minister Rehavam Ze’evi was assassinated by Palestinian terrorists. Danish Foreign Minister Mogens Lykketoft, who later would become the leader of the Danish Socialists, announced on public television that there was no difference between this assassination and Israel’s targeted killing of terrorists.[10]
Israeli political scientist Efraim Karsh noted that in 2001 in an interview with the news magazine Suomen Kuvalehti, the Socialist foreign minister of Finland Erkki Tuomioja denounced Israel’s attempts to protect its citizens from the terror war launched by Arafat’s Palestinian Authority in September 2000. Tuomioja, who is currently again Finland’s foreign minister, compared Israeli defensive measures to the Nazi persecution of European Jewry: “It is quite shocking that some implement the same kind of policy toward the Palestinians which they themselves were victims of in the 1930s.”[11]
Franco Cavalli, then parliamentary leader of the Swiss Social Democrats, said at a meeting in 2002 where Israeli flags were burned that Israel “very purposefully massacres an entire people” and undertakes “the systematic extermination of the Palestinians.”[12]
The late Greek Socialist Prime Minister Andreas Papandreou also accused Israel of Nazi practices.[13] Despite the prevalence of candidates in the Muslim world for an accurate attribution of this behavior, he chose not to set the blame where it belonged.
Sometimes people are shocked when I say that prominent European social-democrat politicians who like to call themselves progressives are direct or indirect allies of major criminal movements.
The above gives numerous examples of both attitudes.

Germany backtracks on welcoming refugees saying 'even we have limits'

GERMANY may have reached the limits of its capability to take on refugees and migrants, its head of state has warned.Germany had led the way in welcoming refugees into its country, saying they would all be welcome. Forecasts predicted 800,000 would come to Germany by the end of the year, as thousands of migrants reach Europe’s shores every day.But now it appears to be fearful of its promises, with German president Joachim Gauck now admitting it would not be able to keep its doors open forever. Speaking in the German city of Mainz, he said: "Our absorption capacity is limited, even if it has not yet been decided where these limits lie." Mr Gauck, who worked as an anti-Communist activist in his native East Germany, said his country faced a "great dilemma".The former chief investigator for the east's security services also warned would-be extremists that they were not welcome in his country. The former chief investigator for the east's security services also warned would-be extremists that they were not welcome in his country. He said: "We do not want any religious fanaticism in this country. Holy warriors have to know: The rule of law does not tolerate violence."Germany has been the main destination for hundreds of thousands of migrants and refugees fleeing Africa and the Middle East in search of a better life. The influx of people from outside Europe entering the EU has led to countries such as Hungary closing their borders in contravention of European ideals. Britain has pledged to take 20,000 refugees from Syria over the next five years.

Denmark: Policeman stabbed in refugee center. Local recident: “people are f**king scarred”

(Photo above: Man hunt in Sandholm Refugee Center on September 29th 2015)
The wave of illegal migrants is not just numbers in a newspaper. It is also starck reality for their new neighbours.
Translated from BT:
Man at large after knife attack on policeman. ‘People are fucking scared’ …
At 3:30, a Danish officer was stabbed by Sandholm Refugee Center. For a time, the officer was in mortal danger – the perpetrator is still at large.
BT news has interviewed Peter, who is neighbor to the center:
‘I woke up during the morning because of helicopter noise. At around 6:00 am I received a call from a neighbor asking if we knew what was going on. It seems like there is on an iron ring around our area,’ said Peter, who did not want to give his full name.
Peter lives with his family in the area close to Sandholm Refugee Center, and although police activity in the area is not unusual, the family feels as there is both a helicopter, dogs and the police’s special forces in the area.
‘We asked the police what was going on,, but we got no clear answers. Is it safe to leave my family?’ he asks.
‘The officer said they are looking for the attacker. That the attacker is dangerous and desperate, and I did not feel like leaving my family alone in the house, he says.
Peter says that they have considered moving away from the area, but it’s not just something you just do. But there are several neighbors who have done because it is a creepy life to live next to Sandholm Refugee Center.
‘People are insecure and f**cking afraid to put it bluntly. … It is terrible with the officer. But my focus is on my family and our security.’

Migration Chief to EU Leaders: Ignore Political Cost of Migrants, We Don’t Worry About Re-Election

by Donna Rachel Edmunds

The European Union’s (EU) migration chief has called on the leaders of Member States to forget about the political cost of accepting refugees. He has said they should take a leaf out of the Commission’s book and not worry about re-election. Unlike national politicians, Commissioners are appointed rather than elected to their roles. His comments have been slammed as “breath-taking arrogance” by eurosceptic campaigners. As commissioner for migration, Dimitris Avramopoulos, 62, is at the helm of the EU’s response to the migrant crisis currently sweeping across the continent. The Commission’s view is that migrants should be welcomed and relocated across the member states according to a quota system.
But the plan has proved unpopular with the leaders of the states themselves, under pressure from their public not to accept more migrants on top of the large numbers already coming. As some countries, notably Hungary, which has seen thousands of migrants cross it borders in recent weeks, continue to resist the scheme, fights have broken out between heads of state desperate to shift the blame.
Avramopoulos, himself a former Mayor of Athens and a former Greek Defence Minister, is deeply dismissive of their actions. “The Commission does not take the blame because it does not care about the political cost,” he told Politico. “The Commission is here for five years to do its job and we did it with vision, responsibility and commitment. Because what is driving us is not to be re-elected. That is why for us the political cost means nothing.”
European leaders, he said, should be similarly bold. “This is the message I would send all around Europe: stop thinking about the so-called political cost,” Avramopoulos said.
Aaron Banks, the man behind the Leave.eu campaign to secure a British exit from the EU during the upcoming referendum on the matter, has accused Avramopoulos of “breath-taking arrogance”.
“Every person should see how the EU machine thinks and operates,” he continued, adding that Avramopoulos’s comments “just prove our point over and over again. We have got to take control of this, Cameron cannot ignore this arrogance. We urge everyone who cares about leaving the EU to read this and let as many people know about it,” Banks said.

Muslim Rape 'Misunderstandings' Come to Europe: It’s time to clear up all these misunderstandings.

by Daniel Greenfield

After Muslim terrorist attacks, we’re told that the killers just “misunderstood” their religion. They misunderstood the peaceful nature of Koranic verses such as "Kill them wherever you find them", "They should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides" and "Strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them".
But the misunderstandings of Islam are just getting started.
Not only are Americans and Europeans being murdered by Muslim terrorists due to these unfortunate misunderstandings, but European girls are being raped because of more misunderstandings.
The principal of Wilhelm-Diess-Gymnasium was concerned about his female students. So he sent a letter warning their parents that the Muslim refugees who had been put up next to the school gym "are marked by their own culture". And now Germans were being “marked” by their culture.
Girls were told to wear "modest clothing" to avoid "misunderstandings". But rape isn’t a “misunderstanding”. The only misunderstanding is the politically correct leftist idea that the rapist should be excused on account of his culture and religion.
The Koran states, “O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks all over their bodies that they may thus be distinguished and not molested.”
The obvious implication is that women who aren’t dressed in a Burka may be “molested”.
Or as the commentary states, “It is more likely that this way they may be recognized (as pious, free women), and may not be hurt (considered by mistake as roving slave girls.)”
The Muslim migrants who have invaded Germany just might “misunderstand” and mistake the teen girls going to the gym as “roving slave girls”. And under Islamic law, that’s what they are. Islamic law permits Muslim men to rape even married infidel women in the Dar al-Harb. Let alone unaccompanied girls.
Unfortunately the misunderstandings are well underway in Germany. A letter about an asylum camp in Germany warns of a “culture of rape and violence” with “numerous rapes, sexual assaults” and “forced prostitution”. Even though the women in the camp are likely to be mostly fellow Muslims, who are well acquainted with the means of avoiding “misunderstandings” with a Muslim man (wear a hijab, wear a burka, never make eye contact, never smile), the misunderstandings still keep taking place.
On a large scale.
Because there was never any misunderstanding. As the letter points out, these men “regard women as their inferiors and treat unaccompanied women as ‘fair game’”.
The misunderstanding here isn’t on the part of the Muslim men who view women as fair game. When a mugger snatches a purse or a burglar breaks into a home, he isn’t the victim of a “misunderstanding”.
He just happens to have a different ethical code than the society he is victimizing. But these rapists are members of a society where rape is a crime for a woman, not for a man. The only misunderstanding here is on the part of the Westerners who allowed them in to commit their cultural crimes.
Muslim sexual offenders have used “misunderstandings” due to “cultural differences” as their defense.
Esmatullah Sharifi, an Afghan refugee, repeatedly raped Australian women and claimed that he was confused about consent due to "cultural differences". Almahde Ahmad Atagore, a Libyan Muslim, sexually assaulted girls as young as 13. The judge told him, he was "very ill prepared to deal with cultural differences". But it was really his victims who were ill prepared to deal with his “cultural differences”.
The Pakistani rapists who went after eighteen women and girls claimed that they could rape a girl because "she was not related to us" and "she was not wearing any headscarf". Their Grand Mufti agreed, saying, "It's 90 per cent the women's responsibility.”
“If you take uncovered meat and put it on the street, on the pavement, in a garden, in a park or in the backyard, without a cover and the cats eat it, is it the fault of the cat or the uncovered meat?” the Grand Mufti asked. “The uncovered meat is the problem.”
But if you get rid of the feral cats that show up in civilized countries, scratching at the door to be let in, the problem goes away. If the Grand Mufti and his favorite rapists were picked up by animal control, put in the pound, neutered and then released back into the wild that they came from, that would be it.
Germany has decided to take in huge numbers of Muslim men who come from a religion and culture where a woman who isn’t wearing a Hijab and isn’t escorted by a man can be raped.
And that leads to “misunderstandings” between the invaders and the native population.
In the UK, these “misunderstandings” have already led to over 2,000 children being victimized by the Muslim “misunderstanders” of such finer points of British law as the definition of pedophilia.
As Gatestone’s Soeren Kern documents, the tide of “misunderstandings” has reached Germany. A 16-year-old girl was raped on September 11 by an unidentified "dark-skinned man speaking broken German" near a refugee shelter. Parents were told not to let their children out unaccompanied.
This is just one of a long list of Muslim “misunderstandings” that have already taken place in Germany.
Over the summer, some of the “misunderstandings” included five Turks trying to rape a girl, a 14-year-old boy being raped in a train bathroom and a seven-year-old girl being raped in a park.
That last “misunderstanding” happened in the Park of the Victims of Fascism where the misunderstander lured the little girl away from her mother at the playground and into the bushes. It was a cultural difference. Her age was the same as that of Aisha, Mohammed’s wife.
In the Park of the Victims of Fascism, the little girl became the victim of the latest incarnation of fascism; Islamofascism.
Islamofascism is represented equally by Merkel and the Muslim migrants. While Merkel enforces the Islamic colonization of Europe, the Muslim migrants carry it out. And perhaps one day there will be a park dedicated to the victims of this mass invasion. And perhaps that little girl’s name will be there.
If we don’t do something about all these “misunderstandings” whose nature we keep misunderstanding.
The “refugees” are mostly migrants. They are not coming to be part of any country, but to exploit it and then conquer it and rule it. They are not bound by any moral or ethical code that we understand.
Their advocates talk about “human rights”, but in Muslim culture there is no such thing as human rights. Their cultures are tribal. There are no universal rights, only responsibilities to members of kin groups. When those kin groups remain intact, then members will prey exclusively on outsiders. When they fall apart, as they do during immigration and migration, then mass rapes and murders take place.
Europeans believe in human rights. Muslims do not. Europeans believe women are equal. Muslims do not.
This is the underlying “misunderstanding” and this is what must be understood. Either Europe will end Muslim migration or surrender to the cultural difference of an Islamic society in which women are not allowed to walk the streets because they are property.
It’s time to clear up these misunderstandings.
Europe can either have free women, bars, churches, synagogues, cartoons, free speech, pork sausage and beer. Or it can have millions of Muslim migrants and their wide-eyed toddlers.
It can’t have both. Not for long. Because there will be “misunderstandings”.
Bombs will go off, women will be raped and cartoonists murdered. And we will be told to change our behavior to avoid more of these “misunderstandings”. After each “misunderstanding”, we will lose more of our civil rights and the invaders will have more power to dictate our behavior and our way of life.
Until finally the only way to end all these “misunderstandings” will be a submission to the Islamic State. We may finally understand then, but it will be too late.
Muslim migrants don’t misunderstand our laws or values. They don’t care about them. We misunderstand theirs. And so we do our best to accommodate their contempt for our values.
It’s time that we understood this cycle of submission and showed the invaders that they  misunderstood our generosity as appeasement, our friendliness as weakness and our tolerance as surrender.
And then we can finally bring all these “misunderstandings” to an end.

British Lawyers Slam Turkish Human Rights Record, Cameron Continues To Urge EU Membership

by Sarkis Zeronian

damning report written by senior British lawyers has found Turkey’s government inflicts “systematic human rights violations” on its judiciary, police and media. At 95 pages long the dossier sets out allegations that the government of the Justice and Development Party (AKP)  has interfered across Turkey to produce “supine” courts, censored websites, restricted freedom of expression, stifled corruption investigations and subjected detainees to degrading treatment, reports The Guardian.
The report was commissioned by an exiled opponent of President Erdoğan but was produced by senior British lawyers of some repute.
Former Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales Lord Woolf, Conservative MP and former Solicitor General of England and Wales Sir Edward Garnier QC, the Director of the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law Prof Sir Jeffrey Jowell QC and Sarah Palin, a barrister specialising in human rights and media law all wrote the report.
The project was funded by the U.S.-based Journalist and Writers Foundation whose honorary chairman is the Islamic cleric Fethullah Gülen. Once a former ally of Erdoğan he is now a fierce critic.
The report is based on documentary evidence rather than first hand experience or witness interviews, but records repeated breaches of human rights beginning with allegations of corruption made against Erdoğan and his close circle of ministers in December 2013. It estimates approximately 40,000 police officers, civil servants, judges and public prosecutors have been removed from office since the corruption investigation.
Dating the worsening of human rights in Turkey to the government’s response to the Gezi Park demonstrations against the government in 2013 (pictured above), the report states:
“We have analysed the actions taken by the Turkish government and its agents since December 2013 and have unanimously concluded that there has been a distinct reversal in the reform process that had been taking place since Turkey began accession talks with the European Union in 2005…
“We regard this as a serious setback for Turkish democracy and its respect for human rights, in particular for the freedom of speech and the rule of law.
“From the perspective of international human rights law, we consider that the Turkish government has perpetrated significant human rights violations against supporters of the Gülen movement that would justify legal action before the European Court of Human Rights, in the absence of suitable remedies in Turkey…
“…The arrest and detention of journalists, media executives, police officers, public prosecutors and judges who are perceived to be supporters of the Hizmet [Gülen] movement, and their treatment in custody, has raised serious concerns about violations of their right to liberty and security.”
Sir Edward Garnier told the Guardian: “Given the way the [Turkish] courts are being undermined… there’s an absence of any realistic prospect of a remedy in the domestic courts… It’s possible, we believe, for those who are aggrieved to go directly to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).”
Last year, Turkey came second to Russia in the number of ECHR judgments confirming human rights violations. Such matters, along with the findings of the report, damage the case for Turkey’s accession to the European Union notwithstanding cheerleaders for that policy such as Britain’s Prime Minister David Cameron.
Cameron has said he wants to “pave the road” for Turkey to join the EU, saying the country was “vital for our economy, vital for our security and vital for our diplomacy”. In his opinion a European Union without Turkey at its heart is “not stronger but weaker… not more secure but less… not richer but poorer”.

Muslim Migrant Muhammed Hates Finland: "It's Too Cold" -- "You can tell the world I hate Finland. It's too cold, there's no tea, no restaurants, no bars"

by Daniel Greenfield

Here's a tip for Muslim migrants. The further north you go, the colder it gets. If you want warmer, go south. Finland is not going to be warm.
Hundreds of predominantly Iraqi migrants who have travelled through Europe to reach Finland are turning back, saying they don't want to stay in the sparsely-populated country on Europe's northern frontier because it's too cold and boring.
Where are the beheadings? Where are the suicide bombings? Where's the slave market? It's so boring in Finland.
Migrants have in recent weeks been crossing back into Sweden at the Haparanda-Tornio border just an hour's drive south of the Arctic Circle, and Finnish authorities have seen a rise in the number of cancelled asylum applications.
"You can tell the world I hate Finland. It's too cold, there's no tea, no restaurants, no bars, nobody on the streets, only cars," 22-year-old Muhammed told AFP in Tornio, as the mercury struggled to inch above 10 degrees Celsius (50 Fahrenheit) on a recent blustery grey day.
You can tell how oppressed they are. Just look at that horrible life they're fleeing from.
Another group of around 15 Iraqi refugees waiting at the bus station that Tornio shares with its Swedish twin town Haparanda also said they wanted to go back to southern Sweden.
"Finland is no good," the men echoed each other.
On September 19, several busloads of migrants made U-turns on the Swedish side when they saw hundreds of Finns form a "human barrier" on the Finnish side to protest against the sudden influx of migrants.
They needed to bring a thermometer.

Senior Politician Calls On Immigrants To Adapt To Liberal Germany

by Sarkis Zeronian

Julia Klöckner, a senior colleague of Angela Merkel’s, has demanded that immigrants to liberal Germany adapt to their new country’s culture and not the other way round. With over 230,000 migrants arriving this year, the Huffington Post reports there is a huge effort to integrate them into liberal Germany while still respecting their culture. However, not all of Germany’s politicians appear so keen on the second part of that equation.
Julia Klöckner, a senior member of Chancellor Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union, told the Germaby Sarkis Zeroniann newspaper Bild in an interview that it is not Germany that has to change, but many of the immigrants. In doing so she set out four essentials for integration.
First comes an awareness of equality. Men and boys coming to liberal Germany from conservative Islamic countries must accept that women in positions of responsibility are as validly ‘elders’ as men. There will be no concessions to a ‘Medieval’ model of equality in the labour market.
It is thought this aspect of Klöckner’s thinking may stem from the recent refusal by an imam in a refugee camp run by the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief to shake her hand. About that occasion in Idar-Oberstein she said: “There are some positions in Germany, which are non-negotiable.”
She acknowledged that in her belief both sides have obligations – Germany to promote integration, for example with language courses, and immigrants to be willing to integrate. She added: “When fathers say that they do not talk with their children’s teachers, you have to ask them how they imagine their future in Germany.”
Secondly, Klöckner says immigrants must be loyal to Germany’s constitution. Conceding that religion is important, she stressed that it must not override Germany’s Grundgesetz (Basic Law). The Basic Law is the constitutional law of the Federal Republic adopted in 1949 which seeks to ensure there could never be a repeat of Hitler’s dictatorship.
In what is not doubt a particularly German analogy, Klöckner says the law is “not a vendor’s tray from which you can pick individual raisins”.
Thirdly, she says language courses must be received with a firm commitment from immigrants and not just seen as something offered out of the goodness of German hearts. This will not only help people integrate in labor markets, but also help spread enlightened ‘Western values’.
Finally, Klöckner delivers the sting in the tail. For those immigrants who refuse to accept the first three proposals, there will be consequences. If someone merely takes with one hand then state benefits will be denied to them.
Klöckner’s views on Germany’s migrant influx are doubtless different to those of the leader of her party, however, as more express doubts over Merkel’s recent welcome to Syrian migrants her views will gain currency.
