On Saturday noon around 1:30 p. m., a Syrian refugee harassed a 17-year-old girl at the Frankenthal train station. Later, the Syrian followed the victim to the platform. Immediately before entering an ICE train into the main station, the boy pushed the girl towards the railway tracks. The girl was able to absorb the impact so that there was no contact with the train. The girl remained unharmed but felt pain. Shortly afterwards, the Syrian fled. Criminal Investigation has taken over the investigation.
