Germany: Police in Biberach have ended a violent clash between two Syrian refugee families

Twelve people from Syria had threatened, insulted and insulted each other in a parking lot on Tuesday evening in the town of Biberach, before stone throws and blows followed, police announced on Wednesday. One of the participants threw a bicycle at a 37-year-old. He had suffered injuries as a result, which had to be treated in hospital. The other parties had apparently not been injured. When the police arrived, five men fled and were temporarily arrested shortly afterwards - including the 27-year-old alleged cyclist. According to the police, witnesses also spoke of a knife that was involved. The Criminal Investigation Department started an investigation against all parties involved. According to the current state of knowledge, a past relationship crime could have been a factor.
