Search for Susanna F.'s killer underway

In the case of the murdered Susanna Maria F., a warrant for the arrest of a suspect was issued by the Wiesbaden district court in the meantime, requested by the Wiesbaden public prosecutor's office. The investigators of the criminal police in Wiesbaden are asking for witnesses from the population. As already announced, an Iraqi citizen is considered suspect. This is the 20-year-old Ali BASHAR, who left Germany with several family members on 2 June 2018 according to the current state of the investigation. There is evidence that the target is the city of Erbil in Iraq. A man was arrested yesterday evening in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim at his home address as part of the investigation. He is in police custody; a possible involvement in the crime is examined. For the investigators it is now important to know where Ali BASHAR, perhaps accompanied by Susanna Maria F., has been since May 22, 2018, or a few days before. A call centre with several police officers has been set up to record information and is now staffed. Witnesses or whistleblowers are requested to call (0611) 345-5555.
