Because Sami A. had already been handed over to the Tunisian government, the court ruled that he must be brought back to Germany and cannot be deported. This all happened within 24 hours of his deportation.
The Tunisian government issued a statement declaring, that there is no possible way of simply handing the man back. The charges against him, including his alleged involvement in the 9/11 attacks, are just too severe. First, they would need to conduct an independent investigation. Meanwhile Germany has not backed down from their demand.
The Tunisian government is doing more for the safety of Germans than their own representatives and judicial branch as they would ‘love’ to take Sami A. back. However, this is not the only shocking development out of Germany this week.
German news agencies are now giving people advice on how to prevent sexual assaults in cemeteries. This comes after multiple sexual assaults by migrants prowling through cemeteries. The German people cannot even grieve and visit their lost loved ones without fear anymore.
Just last month another Tunisian Muslim, Allah H., was arrested in Cologne for his plans to create the largest terror attack in Europe. He was building a ricin biological bomb and had plans to kill thousands if possible. Ricin is the third most toxic substance in the world. Police found the ricin and 11,000 contacts in his phone including other Islamists.
Following the Judicial decision in the case of Sami A., it is unlikely that Allah H. will be deported on the same grounds. The North-Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of Refugees and the Foreigners Office in Bochum have announced the plan to jointly file a complaint against the court’s decision.
Germany has truly become a circus in which deportations are reversed as soon as they are carried out; the courts act with complete disregard for the safety of their own citizens.
