Hamburg police are searching for a previously unknown man who allegedly attacked and injured a 36-year-old homeless man last night. The State Criminal Police Office for Personal Injury Offences (LKA 113), which is responsible for the region, took over the investigation. According to the investigations to date, the 36-year-old, accompanied by a woman, was in the Flora Park near the "skatepark", when an unknown man approached the victim and started a dispute. In the further course, the suspect is said to have picked up a stone and threw it against the head of the injured party, causing the injured party to suffer a facial injury. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.Only at a later stage did the injured person realize that he also had a cut to the hip. Whether this was also caused to him by the unknown cannot be said at present. The 36-year-old was then taken to hospital in an ambulance and admitted to hospital.
