On Sunday morning, a 25-year-old girl was attacked on Johannis Street. An approximately 1.65 to 1.70 m tall, dark-skinned man approached the woman around 3.25 a.m. at the crossing Johannis street/Petersburger Wall and pushed her into a backyard there. The 25-year-old loudly drew attention to herself, whereupon an 18-year-old rushed to her aid and drove the attacker away. Another witness also became aware of the situation and alerted the police. Meanwhile, the unknown fled with a dark bicycle into the Johannis street in the direction of the city. The fugitive was in his mid-20s, very thin and had short black hair. He was dressed in a black T-shirt (with a white print on the back). The police are asking witnesses who can give evidence of the attack to call 0541/327-2115 or 327-3103.
