Kosovo Albanian Organ Harvesting Atrocities Investigated by the Council of Europe

On Wednesday, June 25, the Council of Europe appointed Swiss senator Dick Marty to investigate charges that Kosovo Albanian terrorist KLA (UCK) were using kidnapped Kosovo-Metohija Serbs to harvest their organs for sale during and after the civil war in southern Serbian province.
The charges that Kosovo Albanians, led by the war criminals currently governing Kosovo and Metohija province -- Hashim Thaci, Agim Ceku and Ramush Haradinaj -- had profited from selling human organs of abducted Serbs were first brought forth in the book "The Hunt: Me and the War Criminals" by Carla Del Ponte, former chief prosecutor of the war crimes tribunal in the Hague.

Israel wants action against academic who defamed Munich athletes

By Benjamin Weinthal, Berlin , THE JERUSALEM POST
Neither Black September, a Palestinian terrorist group with ties to Fatah, nor incompetence on the part of German authorities was responsible for the murder of 11 Israeli athletes during the Munich Olympic Games on September 5, 1972; rather, according to a German sports historian, the athletes sacrificed themselves voluntarily.
The Israeli Embassy in Berlin has demanded that German politicians take action against University of Göttingen professor Arnd Kruger, whose alleged anti-Semitic lecture has created a public row.
Der Spiegel's Web site reported Saturday that Kruger, director of the Institute for Sport Studies in Göttingen, Lower Saxony, had said the murdered Israeli athletes had prior knowledge of the planned massacre and consciously decided to stay at the Olympic village to sacrifice themselves for the Jewish state. Kruger supported his martyr theory by saying there is a "different perception of the human body" in Israel compared with other industrialized nations. He also said that "Israel is trying to prevent at all costs living with disabilities" and had a higher abortion rate than other Western countries.
At the Munich Olympics, terrorists associated with the Black September group killed two members of the Israeli team and took nine hostage. The group demanded that Israel release hundreds of Palestinians security prisoners in exchange for the hostages.

Serbian Citizens in Kosovo-Metohija Form Parliament

By the unanimous decision of the delegates, followed with a thunderous applause, yesterday afternoon, on Vidovdan, Parliament of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija Municipalities was formed in Kosovska Mitrovica.
Members of the 26 Kosovo-Metohija municipalities, which include Serbian, Gorani and municipalities of other non-Albanian nationalities loyal to the Serbian state, have adopted a constitutive act. According to this Declaration, the main goal of the newly formed Parliament is an "essential and urgent need to protect the lives, human rights, freedom, dignity and identity, integrity, culture and property" of the Serbian nation and the other non-Albanian ethnic communities in the province.

Kosovo Serbs celebrate St. Vitus Day today... their heartland of Kosovo where in 1389 Serbia troops got defeated by the invading Islamic forces on their way to acquire the rest of Europe.

Ustashe Über Alles

All the protestations against allowing world tours and concerts of Croat neo-Nazi singer Marko Perkovic Thompson, notorious for glorifying the most macabre cutthroats world has had a misfortune to know -- Croat WWII fascists (Ustashas), have fell on deaf ears in Croatia.
Croat officials even complained that certain Serbian and Jewish organizations are infringing on their "freedoms" by seeking a ban on the morbid Ustasha-glorifying spectacles by the famously untalented "musician", gathering crowds of young Croats dressed for the occasion -- wearing swastikas, Ustasha symbols and other fascist insignia, and thunderously chanting Nazi salutes, Sieg Heil and the Croat fascist version, Za Dom Spremni.
A handful of those who kept pressing, pointing to the poisonous influence Perkovic has on the Croat youth, were met with feeble claims that all the fascist fervor Thompson inspires is merely a good old fun where, in fact, everyone dresses and behaves impeccably, and the fascist salutes and insignia are, at worst, only "isolated incidents".

Bolton: US Kosovo Recognition a Serious Mistake

John Bolton, former US Undersecretary of State and Ambassador to the United Nations, told Russian news agency Interfax on Thursday that the US recognition of severed Kosovo province was a serious mistake, leading to an escalation of tensions, instead of calming down the situation in the Balkans.
"American public has no specific stand regarding Kosovo status. This was done by the US State Department, while others paid no attention", Bolton said in response to the question why have United States supported severing of the southern Serbian province, adding that "support to the independence of Kosovo is an atavism that might have made sense 15 years ago, but makes no sense today."

Severed from Serbia, Kosovo-Metohija is a Ghetto

"It is absurd to create an economic ghetto for two million people in Kosovo and Metohija province, taking away the last shred of economic perspective from them, by severing the province from the rest of Serbia. Because only in the close interconnection of Kosovo-Metohija economy with Serbia's economy as a whole lies the source of sustainable economic growth for this region," Dr. Nenad Popovic, head of the economic team for Kosovo-Metohija province and president of the ABS Holding told Vecernje novosti, as his book titled "Openly About Kosovo and Metohija Economy" was published.
Q: Albanian politicians are promising prosperity to Kosovo and Metohija as an independent state. Is that economically feasible?
NP: It is illusory to believe Kosovo-Metohija can be economically separated from Serbia. This is a grave mistake on behalf of the 'international community' and the time will prove it. Because Kosovo can never become economically sustainable independently, and as long as the processes of disintegration are being conducted.

Galbraith: Ethnic Cleansing of Serbs was Croatia's State Policy

Former US Ambassador to Croatia Peter Galbraith who testified before the Hague tribunal on Monday, confirmed that ethnic cleansing of Serbs from Serbian Krajina region was a deliberate systematic operation and the state policy of Croat leadership, headed by Franjo Tudjman, which lead to the mass scale ethnic cleansing in two blitzkrieg operations in 1995, codenamed Storm and Flash.

Janez and Tony Know One Thing: Flattery Always Gets Them

How incredibly pathetic all these US-installed puppet heads of the new little colonies in Eastern Europe really are is beautifully demonstrated by the most recent example, once again from the "proud Alpine nation" of a satellite state of Slovenia, before the dust had even settled over the latest political scandal, when it was revealed that US State Department officials simply issue orders to the EU-presiding "heads of state", which Rupel and Jansa follow through like the good dogs.
It now turns out that Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa plagiarized his famous speech held on the 15-year anniversary of Slovenian independence, on June 25, 2006.
Slovenian Mladina reveals that Jansa copied the most memorable parts of his speech from Tony Blair's address delivered to the Labor conference in Brighton 9 years earlier, in 1997. At the annual conference of his political party, which came to power in Great Britain that year, Blair said: "We can never be the biggest. We may never again be the mightiest. But we can be the best..." -- and his words Janez Jansa repeated to Slovenians, like an Alpine echo ripping through the time-space continuum.

"...Thank you Mr. Robinson. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to present everything that I wished to, but I believe that I will be given this opportunity, unless you deny it to me by some other means," said late Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic in the Hague, on Wednesday afternoon in September 1, 2004, at the end of his opening defense statement.
The way The Hague has indeed prevented President Milosevic to present all the evidence in his possession about rigging the history to suit the present-day colonial powers is well known and represents an indisputable case of a court murder, as Serbian Law Professor Kosta Cavoski aptly called it.
In 5 entries (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5), we have translated anew, from Serbian, only half of the former Yugoslav and Serbian president's opening statement.
Thanks to Radmila Milentijevic and Milo Yelesiyevich, this invaluable historical record, translated from Mr. Milosevic's original address—as opposed to the hasty, entirely insufficient and even incorrect court translation—is available in the book form.
"It promised to be 'the trial of the century'. But as soon as the defendant began to expose U.S. and NATO's war crimes in the breakup and bombing of Yugoslavia the media coverage and The Hague Tribunal went silent. Read this book and understand why." (From the back cover)

Bosnia Helped Fund the 9/11 Attacks on America

By Julia Gorin, Republican Riot
On the website of Andy Wilcoxson, the only American to cover the Milosevic trial (which was billed as the “Second Nuremberg” and prosecuting supposedly the “biggest atrocity since World War II”), we have a report from a predominantly Muslim Sarajevo TV station.

Slobodan Antonic: Political Apartheid in Serbia

Political Apartheid in Serbia
It is obvious that political exponents in Serbia are not autonomous. Democracy in Serbia does not only depend on the domestic political factors -- the foreign factors, primarily the most powerful and the richest world's country, are directly involved in forming the Serbian government.

Ruecker and Rossin Played the Devil's Advocate Behind the Scene

"The new UN Mission in Kosovo [UNMIK] leadership must inform the UN Security Council members in detail about all of their activities, in order to avoid repeating the brutal violations former UNMIK chief Joachim Ruecker has committed", Russia's Ambassador to the United Nations Vitaly Churkin said in New York, as reported by the Itar-Tass news agency.
Following the UN Security Council session about Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija, Churkin explained that Ruecker and his American deputy Larry Rossin had "attempted to illegally transfer part of the authority and assets to the European Union mission, circumventing the UN Security Council".
"The behind-the-scene games former UNMIK leadership played are unacceptable. They were doing this not only behind the UN Security Council back, but also behind the back of the UN Secretariat", Russia's permanent representative in the UN said, adding that, still, the damage done thus far has not been too grave.
"The activities aimed at transferring UNMIK functions and assets to the unlawful EU mission have been successfully terminated. We are proceeding on the basis of understanding that the new UN Mission leadership and the Secretariat will work transparently and will report to the UN Security Council members in detail about all their steps," Churkin said.

Russian Historian: It's Just Pristina Separatists Playing State Again

Director of the Center for Research of the Contemporary Balkan Crisis at the Moscow Institute for Slavic Science Elena Guskova assessed that adoption of "Kosovo constitution" by the Pristina separatists was scripted as a performance show, intended to present the unilaterally declared secession of Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija as a fait accompli. According to her, the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon's proposal [on transfer of responsibilities from UNMIK to the illegal EU mission] is merely one of the roundabout ways within countless attempts to legitimize severing of the southern Serbian province, outside the United Nations Security Council.

Requiem for Democracy

On June 12 Belgrade Association of the University of Law Students Nomokanon and the Serbian Sabor Dveri have organized a round table discussion titled "Requiem for Democracy", focusing on the ways to protect the actual democracy from quasi-democrats that have usurped the power both in Serbia and in most European states, with Brussels at the helm.
The speakers included some of the most reputable representatives of the Serbian intellectual elite, such as Academicians Kosta Cavoski and Slavenko Terzic, and Prof. Dr. Slobodan Antonic. Glas Javnosti is publishing excerpts of their assessments.

Two Fartfaces Sacked (998 More to Go)

After the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs requested severe administrative measures in the UN, including dismissal of the German fartface Joachim Ruecker, UNMIK chief in southern Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province, notorious for exclusively following orders from Washington and Brussels, while receiving the fat paychecks from United Nations, it was announced that both Ruecker and his deputy, Fartface No.2, American Larry Rossin, have "resigned" their posts -- despite the official statement from the UN, which "said the German diplomat Joachim Ruecker and his deputy Larry Rossin had violated the UN mandate".

Panic in the Hague: Legija is Coming

The surreal Kafkaesque comedy Hague courtrooms have been offering thus far, and especially during the mock trial against Dr. Vojislav Seselj, accused of exercising his right to free speech, peppered with the score of pathetic prosecution witnesses whose stories disgracefully fall apart within the first hour of cross-examination, leaving behind the visible wisps of putrid smoke, is promising to turn into a full-blown drama, filled with unexpected twists and turns, once Dr. Seselj's defense begins.

Welcome to Germany

Muslims in Germany: "It appears the quiet settling-in period has been replaced by a loud and demanding phase"

In a long history of the presence of Muslims in Germany, Ursula Spuler-Stegemann, a professor of Islamic studies at the University of Marburg, rather offhandedly admits that Muslims are transforming German society along Sharia lines and have become "loud and demanding." She says this is just a "phase," although she should know, but does not mention, that this is entirely to be expected given the supremacist elements of Islam vis-a-vis the "People of the Book," the all-encompassing nature of Sharia (including its political elements), and the deeply traditional imperative to impose it, and not compromise upon it.
But don't be concerned: Al-Qaeda is the only group with this ideology, and as Al-Qaeda implodes, the ideology is being discredited! Germany? Islamic supremacism in Germany? Preposterous -- it is all about Iraq! Go back to sleep!
"How Islam Came to Germany," by Ursula Spuler-Stegemann in
Spiegel, June 16 (thanks to Jim Jatras):
Muslims have achieved a great deal and changed a number of things that many Germans once took for granted. Nowadays, there are women-only swimming days for Muslims with female supervisors, where the pool windows are draped with heavy curtains to prevent outsiders from peering inside. Crosses have been removed from many hospitals and schools, and special Islamic prayer rooms have been introduced to factories and public buildings. And there have been many other changes. Muslim parents now seek to exempt their daughters from overnight school field trips and co-ed sports classes. The question of whether public employees should be allowed to wear Islamic headscarves has been referred to the courts, along with the issue of religious studies in schools. Germany has already begun providing university education for its Muslim religious instruction teachers and imams.
It appears the quiet settling-in period has been replaced by a loud and demanding phase. This raises concerns among many Germans that the minority society may come to dominate the majority society.
Since Muslims are the first immigrant group to come to Germany with a ready-made societal system and a supremacist notion that that system must one day replace the system of the infidels, those concerns are well founded.

Why the Real Criminals Keep Getting Released by Den Hague?

The Hague Kangaroo Court officials are reportedly using the confidential intermediaries to offer a "deal" to the Hague indictees: million dollars for every year shaved off the imprisonment term.
High officials of the Hague tribunal are blackmailing those indicted for war crimes on the territory of former Yugoslavia, offering them to pay huge amounts of money for release, or to have the imprisonment term reduced. According to Kurir, the families of the few Serbs are being requested to pay a million dollars for each year of the reduced prison term.
The Kurir source from the Hague tribunal said that the families of the accused are trying to scrape together at least a portion of the money, hoping to manage to reduce the prison terms for their family members as much as possible, but being that the price tags are so high, Serbs are not able to buy even the portion of their freedom in the Hague.

Dr Seselj's Friends Help Expose the Kangaroo Court

Prosecution witness against Dr. Vojislav Seselj, Safet Sejdic, a Bosnian Muslim who fought on the side of the Bosnian Serb Army during the last civil war, testified couple of days ago that, on November 9, 1993, he had personally seen Seselj on Nisic hill in Bosnia with Radovan Karadzic and General Ratko Mladic, as they were "preparing the Bosnian Serb army for an attack".
During yesterday's cross-examination, after documenting he was in Serbia on November 8, 9 and 10 in 1993, at the time Sejdic claimed he had seen him in Bosnia, which happened to be a peak of the pre-electoral campaign in Belgrade, so he couldn't have possibly been physically present both in Belgrade and on the Nisic hill at the same time, Seselj said...

All the US military bases in Europe must be closed down as soon as possible, and installment of the anti-missile shields in Czech Republic and Poland is also unacceptable. Multiculturalist moral equivalencer says Islam is stuck in the Middle Ages

Hans Küng
Media double standard alert: if I said that Islam was stuck in the Middle Ages, it would be more evidence of my inveterate "Islamophobia." But when Hans Küng says it, it gets written up favorably in the Times, because Hans Küng holds the Correct Opinions about what must be done about Islam (it's all up to us, not to Muslims) as well as about Israel (terrorists!) and about Christianity and Judaism (just as violent as Islam!).

Professor Markovic: Yellow Coalition, a Death Sentence to Both SPS and Serbia

In the Monday interview to Belgrade daily Kurir, Serbia's leading philosopher, Academician Mihajlo Markovic, who is also one of the founders of the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), warned that SPS leader Dacic joining the coalition gathered around Tadic's Yellows would be a death blow to both the SPS and to Serbia. He is convinced that, apart from the continued dismemberment of the state, the economic stagnation would follow, along with getting into deeper debts, growing unemployment and a deepening gap between the wealthy minority and impoverished majority. In that case, according to Professor Markovic, the SPS would be wiped off the political scene entirely.

Nazi war criminal seen with soccer fans

The chief Nazi hunter of the Los Angeles-based Simon Wiesenthal Center said Monday that the Austrian authorities have been exposed as liars after a top Nazi war criminal deemed unfit by the Austrians to stand trial due to his "failing health" was spotted sipping drinks in an Austrian cafe during one of the Euro 2008 soccer championship gatherings.
The case of Milivoj Asner, 95, who served as police chief in Croatia's wartime Nazi puppet regime and is suspected of an active role in the persecution and deportation to concentration camps of hundreds of Serbs, Jews and Gypsies during World War Two resurfaced after the popular British tabloid, The Sun, exposed Asner walking the streets of Austria with his wife, and mingling with throngs of football fans in Klagenfurt for the Euro 2008 matches.

French media critic in bitter spat with US Jewish C'tee

Etgar Lefkovits , THE JERUSALEM POST
In a bitter public dispute this week, a French media watchdog who recently won a landmark appeal against a French television station over their footage of the shooting death of a Palestinian boy has blasted members of a major American Jewish organization for their "destructive" role in the legal case.
The nasty three-year-old spat between Philippe Karsenty and the New York-based American Jewish Committee burst out in the open just a week after a Paris appeals court ruled in favor of Karsenty in the high-profile libel case claiming that French 2 footage of the 2000 shooting death of Mohammed al-Dura was faked.

Who is Forming New Serbian Government?

Responding to the charges of open meddling in the Serbian internal politics by doing no less than assembling the new Serbian government, British Ambassador to Belgrade Stephen Wordsworth, in an interview given to Belgrade daily Politika, denied the allegations that he has exceeded his authority and welcome in Serbia: he is "only talking".
Refusing to comment his luncheons and meetings with officials from the Serbian Socialist Party (SPS), including the SPS leader Ivica Dacic, a politician who currently happens to have a decisive role in forming the future Serbian government, Wordsworth told Politika reporter the talks he leads "are private and it wouldn't be appropriate for me to publicly say whom am I meeting with".

The pluck of the Irish

BRAVE Ireland slayed the European dragon stone dead last night.
It roared NO! to the revamped EU Constitution. NO! to the erosion of Ireland’s sovereign democracy. NO! to a European superstate.
Ireland’s may be a lone voice among 500million EU citizens whose views have been ignored in a conspiracy of silence.
But under EU rules, it is lethal. One NO vote is enough.
And how does Brussels respond? By turning a deaf ear.
Ireland will be told to keep voting until it comes up with the right answer — or be left behind.
Democracy, EU-style, is not up for discussion outside the closed councils of Europe.
But EU leaders will make the most dangerous mistake in their long march to totalitarian power if they ignore this vote.
Ireland proved that when given a say, most people don’t like the way Europe is run. They’ve had enough of being lied to, cheated and bullied by remote, unaccountable and faceless politicians and bureaucrats.
Now the Irish people have exposed the Lisbon Treaty for what it is — as a gigantic con — other countries will find their voice.
Ireland‘s newly-formed Libertas organisation will take its campaign for real democracy Europe-wide.
The first test will come in next year’s EU elections.
Libertas will field candidates. And voters may clamber aboard a vehicle that offers them a say for once.
And what about Britain? This is a heaven-sent opportunity for Mr Brown to crown a surprising week by showing how much he cares for democracy.
It is his last chance to redeem an election promise on a referendum.
Worryingly, Downing Street insists he will ratify this wretched treaty regardless.
The Sun, which has backed this Prime Minister through thick and thin, has this message for the PM...
Think again, Gordon.

The Brave Irish People Save Europe's Face

Statement by the Vice President of Republican Sinn Féin Des Dalton
The Irish people have clearly and unequivocally said no to a power grab by the EU political elite by their rejection of the Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution. The clear message given by the Irish people is that they reject the construction of an undemocratic EU superstate. The people have spoken and must not be ignored unlike the first Nice referendum in the 26 Counties or the French and Dutch referenda in 2005 which rejected the EU Constitution – the Lisbon Treaty and the EU Constitution are 96% the same document.
A clear marker has been laid down to the Dublin and Brussels political establishments. The Irish people are not prepared to give over more power to an institution which they do not elect and which is not accountable to them. Three times in three years the people of three states have now said no to a militarised and unaccountable EU superstate.
What also emerges from the referendum result is that a gulf has grown between the Dublin political establishment and the mass of the people. The line taken by the main 26-County political parties throughout the referendum campaign was that people need not understand the Lisbon Treaty or its implications but merely trust them in recommending its acceptance. The resounding rejection of Lisbon shows the people do not trust them.
Hail to the Ireland!

Moscow: Ruecker Should be Fired Immediately

Russian Federation officials today assessed the UNMIK chief Joachim Ruecker's intransigence was unacceptable, referring to his willful efforts to reduce the UN civil mission in Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province, and requested that the administrative measures be taken against the German bureaucrat -- up to, and including, his removal from the post.
"This is a glaring case of unacceptable arbitrary willfulness, which has to be decisively ended. We proceed from the assumption that administrative measures will be taken against Joachim Ruecker, up to his removal from the post he is occupying," the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andrei Nesterenko said.
Following the reports that Ruecker was taking arbitrary steps conducting the "reduction of UNMIK", Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry stressed that all of the UNMIK activities, as well as changing the format of the international presence in Kosovo-Metohija province are possible only on the basis of the UN Security Council decision.
"The leaders of the UN Secretariat are well aware of this fact. As far as we know, Ruecker has not received any instructions from them," Nesterenko said.

It is a mini-encyclopedia of the numerous un-humanitarian acts perpetrated by the United States since the end of the Second World War. (Excerpt from the book review)

Irishmen to Kouchner: Frog Off!

Statement by the Vice President of Republican Sinn Féin Des Dalton
The true face of the European political elite was shown by the threat issued by the French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner to the Irish people that they would be “victims” in the event of a rejection of the Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution.
Such threats reveal undemocratic nature of the agenda behind the Lisbon Treaty/EU constitution. Just as the Mr Kouchner’s own fellow citizens along with the Dutch rejected the EU Constitution in 2005 – the Lisbon Treaty is made up of 95 per cent of the content of the EU Constitution – the Irish people have every right to do the same.
By voting NO we will not be turning our back on Europe but rather we will be giving a voice to the hundreds of millions of people denied a vote and in the case of the French and Dutch whose vote against the EU Constitution in 2005 was ignored by the EU political establishment.
By voting No to Lisbon we are saying no to the creation of an undemocratic superstate, increased militarisation, the further erosion of neutrality, the privatisation of public services and the subversion of the rights of working people.

Spencer: The Stealth Jihad in Turkey

In Human Events today I discuss one of the world's most skillful practitioners of the stealth jihad: Turkey's Recep Tayyip Erdogan (news links in the original):
Anyone opposed to the global jihad should be watching recent developments in Turkey very closely -- not just for what they reveal about the direction in which that country is headed, but so as to understand nothing less than the new direction of the jihad movement.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, along with President Abdullah Gul and their ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP), have been moving for quite some time to dismantle Turkish secularism and transform Turkey into a state governed by Islamic law. But as Prime Minister, Erdogan has not engaged in a direct assault on Turkish secularism. Instead, he and the AKP have steadily chipped away at it, reintroducing provisions of Islamic law piece by piece, while professing to uphold the country’s secular character.

From Munich to Kosovo, An Inconvenient Comparison

Nebojsa Malic,
On June 9, 1999, the 78-day war that NATO waged on what was then Yugoslavia came to a close. Representatives of Yugoslav military and NATO signed an armistice in the Macedonian town of Kumanovo, paving the way for NATO's takeover of the province. At the time, it was spun in the West as a victory for the Alliance – Yugoslav president Milosevic "caved" and "capitulated," and his army was "forced" from Kosovo. Yet on paper, it was a defeat; Serbia had resisted ten times longer than anyone in Washington or Mons expected, and the terms of the Kumanovo treaty were much better for Belgrade than the disgraceful Rambouillet ultimatum, which NATO sought to impose at the beginning of the bombing. What was to be a purely NATO occupation became a UN mission (UNMIK) and Serbia's territorial integrity was explicitly guaranteed by the UN resolution 1244.

Russia Demands Detailed Report Regarding Organ Harvesting Crimes

Russia's United Nations Permanent Representative Vitaly Churkin yesterday evening at the UN Security Council session requested detailed report from the Hague tribunal regarding the crimes of organ harvesting from the kidnapped Kosovo Serbs, which former Hague prosecutor Carla Del Ponte described in her book "The Hunt: Me and war criminals".
"We expect the international tribunal to submit a detailed report about the measures it took following the shocking revelations by the former prosecutor Carla Del Ponte, regarding the facts over which the tribunal has been silently glossing over thus far," Churkin said, stressing that the comments by the tribunal from the press briefing on April 16 "can hardly be considered acceptable".
"One gets an impression that the tribunal simply uses various excuses to keep ignoring extremely serious charges of mass forceful extraction of the human organs," Churkin said.
"It is tribunal's duty to investigate those facts, and once they are established, the issue of bringing the guilty parties to face justice for committing such horrific crimes can be considered in the context of the strategy for ending tribunal's work", Churkin said at the UN SC session which reviewed reports about tribunal's work.

DSS Legal Experts: SAA Legally Invalid

Democratic Party of Serbia team of legal experts assessed that the Stabilization and Association Agreement Serbia's outgoing Vice Premier Bozidar Djelic signed, as well as the accompanying Temporary Trade Agreement with the EU, are legally invalid, and that, without the renewed engagement of Brussels and Belgrade on eliminating the deficiencies, these agreements cannot be ratified in the Serbian Parliament.
The Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) and the Temporary Trade Agreement in the present form are not in accordance with either the international law or the Serbian Constitution, the legal expertise, published on the DSS web site, said.
"It is evident that these agreements have serious deficiencies which make them legally invalid", the document said.

Legalizing the Lawlessness

Kosovo-Metohija Nine Years After it was "Rescued" by the War Criminal Bill Clinton & the Gang
It is becoming more obvious that the Brussels dirty trio, Solana, Rehn and Ruecker, has failed to wrestle control of the southern Serbian province from the United Nations by pushing out the UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), sent to Kosovo-Metohija province on the basis of the UN Security Council Resolution 1244. Vecernje Novosti confirmed that UNMIK is to stay in the province after June 15, when Pristina separatists are scheduled to adopt a "constitution" the old Finnish crook Ahtisaari wrote, appointing his Dutch pal Peter Faith as an almighty Kosovo Governor.
It seems like it wasn't meant to be. One thing is for sure, though: whatever Ahtisaari touches turns to shit. That too takes a considerable talent, no doubt.

Ghoul Gallery of Colonial Governors

As a number of important books are being published, shedding light on different segments of the tragedy Serbs have been subjected to for the third time in the 20th and at the start of the 21st century, starting with Dianna Johnston's impeccable analysis, over Parenti's, Laughland's, Schindler's, Brock's, Deliso's, Yelesiyevich's and Michel Collon's, among the others, down to the most recent ones, such as the books by the former Hague prosecutor Carla Del Ponte and a Srebrenica Muslim Ibran Mustafic, both of whom shared the first-hand knowledge about the previously unknown horrific crimes against the Serbs, one can only hope a seasoned investigative reporter with a keen sense for political satire will soon undertake an intricate task of examining the role Western ambassadors played in more or less overt colonization of Serbia during the past few decades.
Because, while one and the same article repeated hundreds of times about the torched office in one's embassy building does manage to draw a considerable amount of attention at a given moment, that and a bunch of other stories cannot possibly be considered complete without a comprehensive tour through a virtual ghoul-gallery of the men who, one after another, occupied those premises. And that would take a whole book.

US and NATO Needed to Ensure Permanent Military Presence in Europe After the Fall of Berlin Wall

Part 5 of late President Slobodan Milosevic's opening statement at the Hague, August 31, 2004 (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4)
As far as the United States are concerned, they have, first and foremost, their own interests in South-Eastern Europe, including former Yugoslavia. The mutual antagonisms and conflicts, impoverishment and the total inability to function independently on political, economic and every other level of the statelets or quasi-statelets created on the territory of former Yugoslavia represents the perfect ground for enabling the American political, economic and especially military presence in Europe.
