Germany: Turkish man dismembered 19-year-old student and cemented him in concrete

Deniz E., the main perpetrator of the shocking murder of 19-year-old high school student Yvan Schneider in Rommelshausen, a small community in the Stuttgart hinterland, has now been deported to his home country Turkey. Deniz E., now 29, who murdered the student in a group eleven years ago, dismembered the body with tools and sunk it in concrete in flower pots in the Neckar, was sentenced to the maximum possible juvenile sentence of ten years in 2008 by the Stuttgart Regional Court. Jealousy was suspected for an earlier romance with a girl as motive for the incomprehensibly brutal murder! An application for subsequent preventive detention has now been rejected by the court, as it is not recognizable that the Turkish citizen is most likely to be subjected to the most severe violence again.according to the Ministry of the Interior, "all legal possibilities were exhausted during the deportation", said spokesman Carsten Dehner. Deportation was possible because Deniz E.'s father is Turkish. According to media reports, the main culprit has now been brought to Istanbul.
