INSA survey: Islam is not part of Germany for a clear majority of Germans

Only 25 percent agree with this sentence of former German President Christian Wulff. 58% of those questioned reject equality with the Christian churches. 77% are opposed to burqas in public institutions such as schools and public authorities. 68% demand a ban on headscarves in this area. In a similar amount (75%), exemptions from sports and swimming lessons for Muslim students are rejected. The opinion research institute INSA interviewed 2,000 voters on behalf of the magazine Tichy's Einblick.
