Report: Turkey sold Israeli electronic equipment to Iran

The United Nations has launched an investigation against Turkey for allegedly selling electronic equipment to Iran that appears on the list of banned materials for export to the Islamic Republic under UN Security Council Resolution 2231 of 2015, according to Yediot Ahronot. The UN also asked Israel to open an investigation after it became clear that the entity who manufactured the equipment was an Israeli company based in Jerusalem. The company said, "If the shipment reached Iran, the Turkish buyer deceived us."
