And again: Young woman in the city of Siegen harassed by dark-skinned man

In the night to Thursday, a young woman in the area of downtown Siegen was harassed and slightly injured by a still unknown perpetrator from an unexplained motive. The incident occurred at 4:10 a.m. in the area of Fürst-Johann-Moritz-Street from the junction Hindenburg street (pharmacy there) to the area of the Sieg bank. When the perpetrator heard that persons or voices were approaching from the direction of the cinema, he let go of his victim and fled on foot towards the local savings bank at the Apollo theatre. The unknown is described as follows: Late 20 - early 30 years old, about 1.80 m tall, of foreign origin, possibly from the South, spoke broken German; darker skin; black, well-groomed, trimmed full beard; blue jeans, dark shoes; generally gawky type; particularly striking features: wine red hooded sweater and black leather gloves.
