Germany: A citizen of Landshut wants to prevent drug sales to kids - Syrian asylum seekers and a Lebanese kick him into hospital because of this -- The victim suffered a fractured skull.

A 38-year-old man with Lebanese migration background got into a fight with a 30-year-old citizen of the city of Landshut because the 38-year-old was supposed to have distributed drugs to kids. Thereupon the 38-year-old knocked the German down with his fist and then kicked him with his foot against the head. The two companions of the 38-year-old, two Syrian asylum seekers aged 28 and 25, are also said to have hit the injured man. Police patrols happened to be nearby, noticed the brawl and temporarily arrested the three thugs. The beaten man suffered a massive head injury and was taken to a local hospital by ambulance. There he was admitted for inpatient treatment. The diagnosis was a fractured skull, probably as a result of kicking his head. There is no danger to life. The Criminal Investigation Office Landshut took over the further processing. The investigations are directed against the three thugs for dangerous bodily injury after consultation with the responsible public prosecutor's office. The alleged previous distribution of drugs to young people has not yet been verified.
