Germany: The murder victim of Barsinghausen near Hanover is a 16-year-old girl

Yesterday afternoon, the 17th of June, around 2 p.m., passers-by found a body on the Langenäcker road. The investigation of a homicide is ongoing. The identity of the dead has not yet been conclusively established, but according to the current state of investigation, the police assumes with high probability that the victim is a 16-year-old girl from Barsinghausen. The body will be autopsy during the morning. The police are still looking for witnesses who made suspicious observations in the night to Sunday (the 16-year-old was last seen shortly after 01:00 at Barsinghausen station) until yesterday afternoon, are asked to call the permanent criminal service in Hanover on 0511 109-5555
