Germany: Attempted homicide - Five Afghans arrested

Last Thursday, the criminal police arrested five men between the ages of 18 and 31 who are suspected of hitting a 28-year-old brothel employee in Bebenhäuser Hof Street in the city of Stuttgart and seriously injuring him. Extensive investigations led the officers on the trail of the men who were arrested in their shelters. The main suspect, a 26-year-old Afghan and two other Afghan accomplices, have since been in custody for attempted manslaughter. The 26-year-old is said to have got into a fight with a prostitute in the brothel on 9th of June 2018 in the afternoon hours and was subsequently expelled from the establishment by the employee. In the evening he visited the house again with other accomplices. The men purposefully approached the 28-year-old and struck their victim, among other things with a hammer. Then the perpetrators fled. At that time, the 28-year-old had to be taken to hospital seriously injured by rescue workers.
