Support for Merkel’s coalition of Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and the Christian Social Union (CSU) has fallen to 29 per cent. This level of support hasn’t been seen in 12 years.

The crisis was averted after Merkel attended the EU migration summit, making new agreements on migration.
Merkel allowed 1.5 million non-western migrants into Germany since the start of the migrant crisis. Her decision has been a disaster and has, among other things, resulted in terrorism, sickening crimes and chaos.
